Do I need a license for my radio frequencies?

Answer --
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires all two-way radios to operate on frequencies regulated and issued by them. The FCC can fine a user if the radios are not properly licensed. And it is the end-users responsibility to obtain those licenses. While that seems clear enough, the application process can be a little more complicated.

How can I program my own Motorola radios?

Answer --
The programming software required to program Motorola radios can only be purchased from Motorola Direct. You may purchase all required cables and connectors to program the radio from our website. Please contact Amerizon Wireless for assistance locating the correct cables for your radios. To purchase the programming software directly from Motorola please call: 1-800-927-2744 select options 6810  for parts ordering department. Once connected ask for information about purchasing the programming software for the specific radio model you would like to program.

I have warranty questions regarding Motorola products.  Who do I call?

You may contact Amerizon Wireless  for answers to your questions.  Or you can contact Motorola Warranty Services direct by calling 1-800-227-6772 for a service representative. Once you are in contact with a Motorola Service representative request a "Repair Request Form" and a Free Prepaid Shipping Label. This Information can be Faxed or E-mailed to you based on your preference. This will allow you to send your product to Motorola Direct for faster service.

I live an operate my business in Canada. Do I pay any duties and taxes?

Yes...The shipping amount quoted you is to your address based on a worldwide calculation by UPS. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Remember all orders are final, so be sure to order exactly what your looking for.
