RETURN POLICIES
Your satisfaction is paramount at AmerizonWireless.com. We will make every effort to make sure that you are happy with the products that you purchase from us. All sales at Amerizon are final unless we make a mistake filling your order.If we send you an item you did not order, then we will issue a charge on yourcredit card for the correct item and ship to you without any additionalshipping charges. We will also give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label so you can send the incorrect item back to us. The RA number must be clearly marked on the returned package or the package will be refused and sent back to you.
We will not exchange items, so please make sure the products you choose are compatible with the products you hope to use them with. If you have any doubts or questions, call, chat, or e-mail us before placing your order. In the rare event we make an exception, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. You must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us and then clearly mark the package with the RA number before shipping any items back to us, otherwise the package will be refused and sent back to you. Any item returned for credit must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date and it must be in its original condition i.e. unused, original packaging and documentation intact. There are no refunds for shipping fees.
AmerizonWireless.com holds the customer responsible for ordering the correct products for their particular needs. AmerizonWireless.com in no way will accept responsibility for product purchased in error. There are however provisions for return of products purchased in error in our policies and procedures. AmerizonWireless.com assumes that you are using all of your resources including our web site, the manfuacturer's web site or information site, your IT department's recommendations, manufacturer's customer service lines and all other forms of acquiring knowledge and information to make an informed decision on purchasing for your needs.
No returns will be accepted on any licenses that are serialized or that have a visible activation or key-code. We will not accept returns on any opened license packs.
No returns will be accepted on items that are too damaged to be restocked or resold. All products (unless otherwise noted on Our web site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if You are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.
