Return Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount at AmerizonWireless.com. We will make every effort to make sure that you are happy with the products that you purchase from us.  If you have concerns or questions about the products you are purchasing please contact our Sales Department at 1-800-396-1911, or by online Chat.


Condition of Return

All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued.

  • All products must me in the original packaging.
  • No marks or writing on the product or product packaging
  • Products must be in a new and unused condition.

 

Return Period

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:

  • 15 days for Two Way Radios and Wireless Networking Equipment.
  • 20 days for all other Products and Accessories.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
  • Pre-paid cards
  • Digital Content (e.g. software downloads)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Shipping Charges

 

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products that we sell there is a 25% restocking fee that will be applied to all returns.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.  These exceptions are intended to help resolve issues with wireless network equipment due to unknown environmental influence. (e.g. unknown RF interference, unknown obstructions etc..)

 

Items That Are Defective.

If you receive a defective item from us we will work together with the manufacture of that item to replace the defective item using the standard warranty procedures for that item and manufacture.

 

Amerizon Wireless Discretion

Amerizon Wireless reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
