Thruraya Scratch Card Refill Voucher Code:

• You can refill your Thuraya prepaid SIM card using Thuraya scratch cards.  These voucher cards are 14 digit codes that you need to enter when you refill your account.

Delivery Methods:

• You can opt in e-mail and the 14 digit codes will be e-mailed to you instantly upon placing your order.
  
• We can mail the codes to your address.
• We can refill your Thuraya account upon request. Please make sure to enter your Thuraya Satellite phone number and your password. If you don't have a password you may obtained one by sending a SMS message to 1522. There is no additional cost for obtaining the password except for the charge of sending a regular SMS message.
  We can SMS your 14 digit code to your Satellite Account number. 

 Refilling Methods:

 
• You can refill your account directly by dialing 150 from from your Thuraya Handset. Please note that you only have 3 attempts before the phone gets blocked.

• Select MENU-Message-Write message Press the # and enter the scratch card 14 digit and press # again
• Select send and enter the number 150 and send again.
• You will receive a message with your new balance shortly.
