SHIPPING POLICIES

1. "Same Day Shipping" Means that the product will ship under normal stocking conditions with the manufacture. If you are in need of Next Day Delivery please contact Amerizonwireless.com to verify stock with Manufacture and have your order completed before 12:00pm EST.

2. All orders shipped by Amerizonwireless.com are shipped via UPS or Equal Class Carrier. If you require an alternate shipping method please call: 1-800-334-9653 or visit our Contact Us Page.

3. All orders are shipped with standard UPS insurance up to $100. If you would like to increase the shipping insurance for your order please call us at: 1-800-334-9653 or visit our Contact Us Page.

4. All orders are shipped without a signature required. All issues pertaining to the shipment and delivery of equipment by UPS should be disputed directly with the United Parcel Service. Amerizon Wireless assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost equipment during the shipping process.

5. Upon placing an order you understand and agree that Amerizonwireless.com is not able to stock every item we have displayed on our website. Upon receipt of an order if Amerizon does not have an item in stock we will order this item from the appropriate manufacture based upon the needs of our customers. This typically takes 2-3 business days to receive items from the manufacture. If for some reason the item you have ordered is under a "backorder" status from the manufacture, Amerizonwireless.com will contact you to provide an update and request permission to continue with the order.
