Amerizon Sprint Team,
I am writing to you to report that it is my opinion that your employee went well above the standards of Customer Service in dealing with me, and a troubled Motorola i530 Phone.
I have been exposed to your company through my job as a Federal Paramedic, and your work on our Ambulances and emergency vehicles (Surburban), and it was because of this that I took a chance on my personal business at your shop.
I originally met Angie Baskerville, who is a smart, well-versed, and professional staff member. She listened to my rants about not needing a Camera, the Internet, Texting, and other hip and "teen-cool" options. She patiently waited until I was finished and directed me to a suitable replacement. She took her time to explain the features, and even print off the product details for me. She was polite and charming to my children that were with me, and allowed us to sit comfortably in the conference room when there was a delay for my silly phone to be looked at by the technician.
I had taken this phone into your shop to be checked out, and of course it wouldn't act up in the hands of your staff. I suppose that it was trying to embarrass me, and make me look the fool. It did a good job at that. 30 days later it acted up again, and this time I drove straight over to your store to prove that I was not insane or taking too many medications.
Julie worked with me, and she ordered a Motorola i570 for me. It arrived on time, was exactly as described, and worked right out of the box (After the SIM card was programmed). She even loaned me an older i560 to handle my communications with my children during the shipping delays. This is a very important thing for a single Dad to 5 kids. Julie's attitude and personal traits make her an excellent representative of your company. Her attention to details and going as far as allowed to make sure that each customer is satisfied with their products only speaks of her professionalism. She is a definite asset to your company.
In closing, as I assured you on the phone (using the new i570!), I have no problem with using your shop for all of my Nextel/Motorola business, and will look forward to dealing with your delightful staff in the future.
