Thuraya Vehicle Docking Adapter

The Thuraya Vehicle Docking Adapter (VDA) ensures uninterrupted satellite service whilst using Thuraya satellite phones in all types of vehicles. Due to the nature of the satellite signal, requiring direct view of satellites, the VDA significantly improves reliability and quality of the satellite service for in-vehicle use.

The VDA has built-in capabilities to use all features of your Thuraya phone and service such as GSM roaming, GPS, text messaging, data and fax, always-on Internet*, voicemail and call holding/forwarding.

Features for the VDA include the use of all facilities from the Thuraya service in vehicles. Cradles available are for the Thuraya SO2510, SG2520, Hughes and Ascom. The VDA conveniently holds the phone on the dashboard, which is powered by the vehicles cigarette lighter and charges the phones battery simultaneously. The VDA allows for the use of Internet, data and fax capabilities*. The Vehicle Docking Adapter is high quality and comes with a two year warranty.
