The AC127N001-VX has 2 programmable keys that can be programmed to engage Emergency Alert and Lone Worker safety features. Lone Worker is a timer-based feature that can call for help when not reset within a programmed interval. Getting them when they can't call for it themselves. With the Emergency feature, anyone has the power to call for help with the push of one button, increasing alerting and reaction time to get help faster.

ARTS™: Auto-Range Transponder System

This feature is exclusive to Vertex Standard radios.With the ARTS™ feature engaged, users can make sure they stay inside the transmit / receive range of other nearby radios to ensure they can get radio communications.

Universal Battery System

The AC127N001-VX is compatible with Vertex's Universal Battery & Charging System; allowing batteries and chargers to be shared across the majority of their radio line.
