Condition of Return 

All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued. Refunds will be issued in 2-4 weeks from receipt of your verified return.

  • All products must be in the original packaging.
  • No marks or writing on the product or product packaging.
  • Products must be in a new and unused condition.
  • Products with engraving can not be returned.

Return Period 

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) from

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
  • Pre-paid cards
  • Digital Content (e.g. software downloads)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Shipping Charges 

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products that we sell there is a 20% restocking fee that will be applied to all returns. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.


Items That Are Defective

If you receive a defective item from us we will work together with the manufacture of that item to replace the defective item using the standard warranty procedures for that manufacturer.
