Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse, located in Fayetteville, NC. We have a dedicated order fulfillment team that is focused on providing fast and accurate delivery to our customers.

Same-Day Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee same-day shipping of orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Please note that this guarantee covers the time it takes for us to process the order and provide the package to the shipping carrier selected. It does not mean you will receive the order the same day. The time taken for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Exclusions for Same-Day Shipping Guarantee

  • 1. This guarantee does not apply to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • 2. If we are closed on an otherwise normal business day due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather), this guarantee is not valid.
  • 3. This guarantee only applies when ordering items that are in stock within our warehouse.
  • 5. Orders put on hold, or incomplete due to missing information (such as programming information or an incorrect address) are also excluded from this guarantee.
  • 6. Should you order more than we have in stock you can request that we partially ship your order for same day processing by contacting a member of our sales team before 3:00 PM EST. Our default order processing method is to hold your order until 100% complete, unless you request otherwise.

What if we do not ship the same day?

If a valid order does not ship out the same day, we will upgrade your shipping method to the next level. If you already selected the fastest method, then we will refund you the shipping charges and will ship out the items the following business day using the same method.

All orders are shipped with standard UPS insurance up to $100. If you would like to increase the shipping insurance for your order please call us at: 1-800-396-1911.

All orders are shipped without a signature required. All issues pertaining to the shipment and delivery of equipment by UPS should be disputed directly with the United Parcel Service. Amerizon Wireless assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost equipment during the shipping process.

Amerizonwireless.com does not stock every item we have displayed on our website. We work with our partners to supply thousands of products to our customers. Upon receipt of an order if Amerizon does not have an item in stock in our warehouse, we will order this item from the appropriate partner based upon the needs of our customers. If for some reason the item you have ordered is under a "backorder" status from our partner, Amerizonwireless.com will contact you to provide an update and request permission to continue with the order.
