You must accept these Conditions of Sale before your order will be processed. By placing an order from this Site you acknowledge that you accept the Conditions of Sale and are ordering the correct products. Upon placing an order you understand and agree to the Amerizon Wireless Return and Shipping policies. We require ALL customer review the details listed both at the bottom of our site and at the following links before your order will be processed.
Credit Card Payments
If you place an order online with AmerizonWireless.com your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order. At any time prior to shipment, you may contact us to cancel the order for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, please review our return policies listed above
If one of our sales representatives places your order your credit card will be authorized at the time the order is placed and then charged at the time the order is shipped from our location. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries your card will be charged for the value of each delivery at the time that it ships. At any time prior to shipment, you may contact us to cancel the order and your card will not be charged. Once an order has shipped, please review our return policies listed above.
Upon successful checkout you must agree to one or more of the following statements if you are using our technical programming services with two way radios:
We/I acknowledge and warrant that we/I are/am authorized to use said frequencies provided to Wireless Ventures LLC for programming according to the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau’s Notice of Violations under 47 C.F.R. Section 90.427(b); which states "Except for frequencies used in accordance with Section 90.417, no person shall program into a transmitter frequencies for which the licensee using the transmitter is not authorized." We/I acknowledge and warrant that we/I do hold a valid FCC license(s) and have been notified that a current FCC license is required to operate the radio equipment that is being serviced; and/or:
We have been offered FCC licensing preparation assistance and have elected to obtain an FCC license independently;
We have the sole responsibility of obtaining an FCC license to begin transmitting on our requested programmed radios or infrastructure;
We understand that operating our system without a valid FCC license which authorizes use of the programmed frequencies may result in a violation notice and FCC fines;
You agree to release and hold harmless Wireless Ventures, LLC and any affiliate companies and/or dba’s from any claim or liability that may be incurred through your operation of frequencies within the programmed radios or infrastructure should a valid FCC license authorizing this use not be in your possession.
All product warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer of the products directly. As an authorized service and warranty repair center for most of the products we sell, Amerizon can handle warranty claims directly from our facility. Most manufacturer product warranties cover warranty repair or replacement at the manufacturer or at the manufacturer’s authorized facility. Process and handling time is not typically covered under the standard warranty. On-site pick-up or return of equipment is also not covered. When involving Amerizon in the claims process of product warranties, a handling charge will be incurred to the owner of the equipment. Amerizon will support our customers by processing warranty claims with the manufacture on behalf of the equipment owner for a handling fee of $10.00 per radio and $5.00 per accessory item, in addition to any shipping fees not covered by the manufacturer.
Reselling Motorola Equipment
AmerizonWireless.com is an Authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio Dealer and as such, can only sell Motorola Two-Way Radios directly to end-use customers ("End-User"). By accepting these conditions, you agree not to resell any Motorola two-way radios or communications equipment purchased from this Site. The serial numbers of all Motorola two-way radios and communications equipment sold from this Site are reported to Motorola - including the End-User information. This does not apply to batteries and accessories.
Radio Repair Service
Amerizon Wireless offers radio repair service for most major radio brands both under warranty and those not covered under warranty. Amerizon Wireless offers free estimates on radio repairs but isn't responsible for shipping and handling charges to return your equipment if you decide against repair.
