Is your equipment under warranty?
If your equipment is under warranty, we can provide an authorized manufacturer's warranty service in accordance with their repair policies.

Is your equipment out of warranty?
If your equipment is no longer under warranty, simply follow the process outlined below.
1. Complete a repair form
Complete the form below with a description of your radio problems and include it when sending us your equipment.
2. Ship your equipment
Send your equipment and the repair form to:

3. We work on it
Once the equipment is received, our repair technicians will work on your radio and ship it back with a 90-day repair warranty.
