The best method to read a CP200D radio is using the manufacturer's programming cables and software.  This will provide you with a file that can be modified and cloned into other CP200d radios of the same model number. 

1. Set Up the Master Radio
   1. Turn off the radio
   2. Press and hold the Programmable Button 1 (the top programmable button) and turn the radio on. Keep pressing Programmable Button 1 until a beep is heard twice
   3. Release Programmable Button 1, the LED will turn red
